Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be new and in unused condition. To return items for an exchange or refund please contact us via email or phone for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). All returns, except mis-shipments and defective items, are subject to a 25% restocking fee if the customer wants a full refund. The restocking fee is only waived if there is an exchange for an item of equal value or greater. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges if they want a refund or exchange on non-defective or non mis-shipped items. For exchanges, customer is responsible for re-shipping charges and handling fees. Shipping charges are not refunded on returns except mis-shipments and defective items. If your item was shipped with "Free Shipping," your order will be refunded less our $6.00 outbound shipping fee. Returns are only accepted in their original boxes. Handling fee is non-refundable for any return.
